Perhaps, only few of you who are familiar with this brand. Yes, UP shoes is one of local shoes brand owned by Indonesian young enterpreneur, Diana Rikasari. She is one of my favourite fashion bloggers (thanks to Utie who introduced her blog to me last year J ) who are really proud of Indonesian products.

UP shoes, in my opinion, is a one of the best local shoes line. It is very affordable, yet comfy and stylish shoes. Despite the personal standar of shoes price, I think that UP is very affordable. They tag IDR245.000 for each pair, plus delivery charge, which varies depending on the delivery area. Let’s compare it with our fave-neighbor’s shoe line, for example, CK and Vincci. For high quality and, of course, without discount, we’ll find those two brands are more expensive.

They use fairly good materials in producing the shoes, and sometime it comes in a limited edition. It has 9cm high heels, light weight, and easy to mixmatch... The only concern is, they are made to order so it takes quite long waiting time. Some customers might had bad experience also when they couldn’t receive their shoes on-time, or didn’t have it all. and also promoting our culture by applying batik and tenun on their design. It is also representing modern way in marketing product, since they use social media as their marketing tools.

Another interesting fact about UP is it uses social media as their marketing tools, and definitely gets a good will from the owner. You will find it’s famous among young ladies from the number of its follower in twitter!!!

Although some people think that you should be a little bit “extraordinary” in order to love UP, I will say that it has an edgy or “over the edge design” (*winking*:p).. come, take a look at their web www.iwearup.com .
