Dear Members,
Pardon for this mail Mr. Moderator, but I have some suggestions and advises for “Our Blog”.
First of all, we should consider the main purpose of this blog, which in my humble opinion, is to encourage the members to improve their writing skills.
And as far as I know, not all members have the experience in blogging world :)
For that reason, I’d like to give some suggestions, if you (all) don’t mind:
1. Stick to the main purposes/objectives why we created this blog. If we want to improve our writing skill, then let all members to participate. Don’t treat the blog as personal blog J We can share timings and how many times each member can post to the blog. Once a week or twice a week, for example. Give some (time) range between each post. Then we can have enough time to read, and re-read, give comment (if it is necessary), share the same story with different experience, and so on, and so forth. Why we limit? Because, most of our time are spent for working and other activities that might require our extra time also. So in order to keep up-to-date with each of the blog posts/updates, we should give some time (range) between posts.
2. We own the blog together. We are responsible for its content. Set the “labels” or “ideas” to deliver to the members. Example: Sharing Experiences and tips (in test, in public speaking, in traveling abroad, in life, or anything, so the members can get the benefit of reading the blog), Sharing other recommended blog/recources/writings to read, sharing recommended movies (and tell the insteresting story so that the members can enjoy or get the moral of the story), or just make a simple question that require other members to share their thoughts as well J
3. Only the author of the post that can hit the button “Publish Post”. Perhaps when some of the members logged in at the same time, they can see post in “draft”. That’s merely because one of the members are (still) writing the post. There could possibly a “Scheduled Post” also. That’s when the author write a post, but has not ready yet to publish the post or want to continue the writing on the next day, the author can hit “save as draft” button. It’s just as simple as that. Then we can keep our writing save and read-able for the rest of the members :D

I’m sorry for if I might sound too.. techie? I didn’t mean to.
All I hope for this blog existence is that all members could get the best benefit from reading and writing in it,
so we can manage our sense of belonging of this Blog. But if you have other opinion, any advises are welcome.
